Installation & Remodeling
All projects go through the following installation and remodeling process.
Project Information
During this phase, we will gather a list of necessary information that is required before the production process.
- Sinks
- Appliance make and model, cutout dimensions, and downdraft
- Granite edge preference
Once all the details are solidified at the time of signing and a deposit has been made, the project goes through the following installation and remodeling process from templating, fabrication, tear out and installation.
Template:
During the template process, we will make a pattern of your project areas. Existing bathroom vanities, showers, and kitchen counters must be cleared to keep the work area free. New cabinets should also be cleared off while ensuring nothing is protruding above them. This will allow us to finish the template quickly and efficiently.
During this phase:
- All project areas are checked and measured for fit and compatibility.
- Details listed on the contract are reviewed.
- Any additional preferences are discussed if needed.
Fabrication
Prior to fabrication, we will review all contract details. If changes are made to accommodate the job, we will let you know and adjust the price accordingly.
Demo & Tear Out
If demo is included in your contract, we will schedule accordingly to your specific job details. We will also disconnect any plumbing during this time.
Installation
For installation, we will ask that everything is cleared off the existing countertops or demoed accordingly to your job details and that the work area is accessible for our installers to work and carry all pieces in safely. This phase can also include final cutouts. However, our team will do our very best to eliminate as much dust as possible during this process in enclosed areas. We will also set any under-mounted sinks while ensuring faucets and cooktops fit properly. Finally, the granite and marble is sealed and the work area is cleaned. Keep in mind, however, there can still be some small debris left inside the cabinets.
Job Completion
During this time we will answer any questions you may have before payment of the final balance is made.
